  1. How long is the potato boiled for? Was it fully cooked, or just kind of blanched like you would with a tomato? If you’re fully cooking the potato, why not bake it and eat the skin, which is clearly the best part? If you’re mashing the potato, it makes far more sense to peel and cube it, so it’ll cook more evenly and faster overall…

    Dammit, we have no potatoes so I can’t try this.
